I work exclusively with adults, offering online sessions via Zoom or WhatsApp, so you can relax in your own space, wherever you are. Online therapy is just as effective, and distance is never an issue. You are also welcome to wear pyjamas! I genuinely love what I do and would be honoured to support you on your journey.

What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

It’s a modern, evidence-based approach that combines gentle talking therapy with hypnosis (a deeply relaxed, natural state). We focus on the present and your future, not your past, helping you feel better, faster.

What is hypnosis? Will I be asleep?

Not at all. Hypnosis is just a calm, focused state, similar to when you're daydreaming or watching TV. You're fully in control the whole time. You don’t need to do or say anything, just relax and listen.

Who is it for?

Almost anyone! Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, OCD, panic, IBS, insomnia, or confidence issues, this therapy can help. The more open and engaged you are, the more you'll get from it.

How long is each session?

Each session typically lasts between 50 and 60 minutes, though sometimes we may run over slightly. If that happens, there’s no extra charge, your comfort and progress come first.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session will be an Initial Consultation, where we’ll talk about your needs, goals, and what you'd like support with. I’ll explain how hypnotherapy works, including how the brain plays a role and why you might be feeling the way you do. I’ll also take a brief, non-invasive medical history to help provide the best possible care.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and how you respond to the process. We'll review progress regularly to ensure it's working for you. Most people benefit from 8 - 12 sessions, but everyone has different needs. We’ll talk more about this in your initial consultation.

What if I need to cancel a session?

I understand that life can sometimes present unexpected situations or emergencies. I’m more than happy to reschedule or cancel provided I have more than 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, I’m unable to offer a refund, except in special circumstances at my discretion. Please note that block bookings are non-refundable. As I work with many clients, I kindly ask that you respect both my time and the commitment you've made to the sessions. Hypnotherapy requires trust and dedication to weekly sessions in order to be effective, therefore if cancellations become frequent, I may need to discontinue our work together.

When are payments required?

Fees are payable in advance at the point of booking.

How are payments made?

Payments are made via Bank Transfer. I will send you a Payment Link at the point of booking. Other methods are not available at this time.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential, in line with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Do I have to talk about my past?

No. This therapy is all about moving forward. We don’t dig into past events, we look at where you are now and where you want to be.

Can you guarantee success?

No therapist can guarantee 100% success, and it wouldn’t be right to try. Real progress depends on your commitment to change and my ability to support you. I’m fully trained, experienced with a wide range of issues, and have seen strong results, as shown by my testimonials. You’re always in control of how many sessions you have, and we’ll review things together each week.
