Lost someone important and finding it hard to cope? Whether your loss is recent or happened years ago, click here to learn how I can help.
Grief is one of the most painful experiences we can go through, yet so many women feel they have to carry it quietly.
At first there may be cards, flowers and messages. People check in, offer support, and understand why you're struggling. But as time passes by, life moves on.
The calls become less frequent. People stop asking how you are. Some expect you to be getting back to normal, even when nothing about your life feels normal anymore.
Maybe you've lost a partner, a parent, a child, a friend, or even the future you thought you were going to have. Perhaps the loss happened recently, or perhaps it's been years and you're wondering why it still hurts so much.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline.
Some days you might feel numb. Other days the sadness hits without warning. You may find yourself replaying memories, carrying guilt, feeling angry, struggling to sleep, or wondering why you can't seem to move forward.
And all the while, you're still trying to be the person everyone needs you to be. Going to work. Looking after family. Smiling when you're expected to smile. It's exhausting.
I help women who are struggling with loss, whether that loss is recent or something they've been carrying for years.
Together, we can create space for the emotions you've been holding inside. I can help you ease the anxiety, overwhelm and emotional pain that grief often brings, so you can begin to find steadier ground beneath your feet.
Not by forgetting the person you've lost, or by pretending everything is okay, but by helping you carry your grief in a way that feels steadier, lighter and more manageable.
