Seeing women move through pregnancy and towards birth, I’ve noticed there’s often so much more going on beneath the surface than anyone really talks about.

From the outside it can look like a special, exciting time. You’re growing a baby, preparing for a new chapter, maybe even being told to 'enjoy every moment'. And parts of it might feel that way.

But underneath there can be a lot of noise.

The questions, the unknowns, the pressure to do things 'right'. All the stories you’ve heard about birth. The constant changes in your body. The quiet (or loud) fears that creep in when everything slows down.

And it’s not just physical, it’s emotional too.

You might feel excited one moment and completely overwhelmed the next. You might find yourself overthinking every decision, every symptom, every what if. You might feel disconnected from your body, or unsure if you can even trust it.

And then there’s the pressure. To be calm, positive and grateful. The pressure to have a perfect pregnancy experience.

So when fear or doubt shows up, it can also bring guilt with it. Because you should be enjoying this… right?

But this isn’t a lack of gratitude. This is a huge life transition. Your world is shifting and your identity is expanding. Your body is doing something incredible AND unfamiliar. Of course it feels like a lot.

And this is where I come in.

I can help you quiet the noise. To move through the fear, not push it away. To feel more connected to your body, more grounded in yourself, and more prepared for birth in a way that feels calm and empowering.

This isn’t about doing it perfectly. It’s about feeling supported, informed, and able to trust yourself through the process.

Together, we create space for you to feel steadier, more confident, and more at ease as you move towards meeting your baby.

If this resonates, you don’t have to navigate it alone. When you’re ready, I’m here.
