Does people pleasing and criticising yourself feel like a trap you can’t escape from? Let's break the chain, read here to find out more.
Something I realised when I began working with people with low self confidence, was recognising that it wasn’t that they lacked it, it had just been worn down over time.
Through criticism and constant comparison. Through people pleasing tendencies that kept you always on high alert. Being doubted, dismissed, or made to feel ‘not enough’.
You might second guess yourself constantly. Overthink what you said, what you did, how you came across. You might hold yourself back, stay quiet, or avoid situations where you feel exposed. And when those situations inevitably happen, the intense shame you feel pushes your confidence down even further.
Deep down, there’s a part of you that knows you’re capable, but it feels so incredibly hard to access.
And instead, that inner voice gets louder. The one that questions, criticises, and keeps you playing small.
Sound too familiar?
I can help you rebuild that confidence from within, that’s not forced or fake, but steady and absolutely real. I can help you trust yourself again, to speak up and willingly take up space. I can help you feel comfortable being fully you.
If you’re ready to make that a reality, then please get in touch.
